There is some differences in the row counts as the Certification environment is a Photo from last October of the Production environment which
has data from the beginning of the 2010 up til today.
About the starting time, when I open the PMon it doesn't start even it's first step before this delay. And i guess you hit the jackpot with
your comment about TASM, there are no throttles and no exceptions, only the basic 5,10,20,40 to L,M,H,R. In fact we have been informing the client
about the importance of definitions in the TASM but so far without results. Might this be the only reason for this kind of degradation?
