Hello,

We are having performance issues in the production environment in one of our clients. For example one explain in the development machine takes two seconds while in the production it takes 1:23. This is just an example and this kind of degradation is continuous. In fact before a query starts there is always a gap of 30-60 seconds before Teradata starts to process it's steps.

Does anyone have had these kind of experiences.

Certification: 14 AMPs Version 12.0

Production: 54 AMP's Version 12.0

I know there's not much information to start with but any suggestions are more than welcome.
