Extracting data from a varbyte column would be an interesting challenge, and I would be glad to bill you for the hours. ;-) But honestly, I
think there is a better?way: preprocess?your files with?an INMOD or a Perl/Python/PHP routine that would make the file more palatable to
MultiLoad. If?your staff is savvy enough to write a UDF,?they could just?as well write an INMOD.
