Hi, What sort of differences are you thinking of? The "create table as" syntax allows you to - clone an existing table - create a table based on the results of a SELECT - populate the table with data - copy existing stats from the source table (I think only if you clone a table) The "create table as" syntax does not allow you to add RI constraints.
