The CLI 315 (SESSCRASHED) error says the client has lost contact with the database. If it happens often, it is usually due to a customer
network problem that allows very short messages (like ping or logon) to get through, while longer messages are lost or garbled. It could even be
a network configuration error - something as simple as the duplex setting in an adapter or switch; such a problem would be constant, but could
appear intermittent because you don't always get routed via the same node.
