It created Ix by that only Key . If you are on 13+ you can create one w/ out it and see how the effect of adding 1 more row takes.

Because you added different value and hashing went to a different AMP. You can get the space by VPROC and see how much space increased PER VPROC, because without that drill down everytime you add a new row it hashes to a different AMP . In other words if you keep doing this - add unique rows that have different hashes ,initially it will increase in steps of 512 and later on it will remain the same because that additional row went to the same AMP and the Datablock absorbed it
