Yes NUSI 's and their impact on DML as well as compatibility with Load Utils , is well known and you are right about that angle. I was just trying to ascertain my understanding ,that ,if that some Ix out there ( maybe already lying around created by "<> you" ) is not getting used - its presence or absence should be regardless on the SQL you want run. This is just what I thought, but I asked , esp. in Context of T Ix Wiz asking me to drop a NUSI Ix that was not getting used.
