You can check DBQLOBJ (ObjectType='IDX') to see whether other reports are using this index or not.

Dropping the index may not have perf improvement for your sql, however it will have positive impact on the DML operations (insert/update/delete) as it doesnot need to work in keeping NUSI subtable up-to-date.
