The new SQL Assistant version 13 uses the Microsoft .net Framework as the foundation of the application. The .NET Framework does take a
little extra time to open and uses additional resources (Memory & CPU).
The history information is still kept in a Microsoft Access database which is managed by the Microsoft Jet database engine. In this case jet
is not an indication of speed. When we have a history with thousands of runs logged in it it may take a second or more to load. We have never
done a resources comparison between a history table with a few entries vs a history table with thousands.
