Gutta,

Each VDISK is a group of RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) which comprised of HDD (High Density Disk). The AMP could view a VDISK as a single logical storage (without considering the details of how many harddisk, and the physical data distribution) and access through Master Index/Cylinder Index.
