Check your PDCR scripts. You can increase the number of days by changing the parameters of the macro PDCRADM.PurgeLongonOff.

I believe ,Currently for you it will be " Execute PDCRADM.PurgeLongonOff ( date-90,date-90)"

First parameter is for dbc and second is for PDCRDATA.
