Unfortunately no, we are a Windows shop (excpet for our AS 400 and TD (Linux). I Believe DataDirect is a vendor that TD uses to source their
ODBC driver these days. I don't see why only a DataDirect driver on Unix for Oracle would work. As indicated, any ODBC 'compliant' version (to the
ODBC level certified by that TPT release) should work, but you'd have to test.
These other DBMS drivers are not provided by Teradata but used in connectivity to source data through their TPT enviornment with TD using ODBC
as there connector 'standard' interface.
