It works for me as well.

Can you reproduce this ? (i.e. did it only happen once or does it happen every time ?)

If it happens every time, make sure that Query logging is on for the userid submitting the request and then see what sql is recorded in query logging. This wil tell you if the DBMS is doing what it's been asked to do or not. At that point you probably need to raise a problem report with TD.
