DBC user will be locked if you tried to login with wrong password more than 3 times

You can release password lock from DBC user through tstsql .

Connect to node as root

Open supervisor window

Run start tstsql

Go to that console window

Connect to the system as .logon dbc/dbc

Run the below command to release the password lock

     MODIFY USER dbc AS RELEASE PASSWORD LOCK;
