Dear all,

We have upgrade our teradata servers from version 5 to 13.

On server 5 I don't have this error for the same table.

When I am loading data on the new server (version 13) for the product table,I receive "untranslatable character" , I couldn't solve this error.

in case I had some Arabic characters,I tried to create the field as "character set Unicode" nothing happened I still have same error,can anyone help to avoid this error.
