Naveen,

I don't think there is any dictionary table which store the HUT locks information, thus we cannot get the data from certain table and automate it or get notified.

The option we have is to edit the Arcmain Script to release the lock even though it fails or to have a policy to alert the person when ever the Job completes or fail so that we can release the lock.
