"Blocked" indicates the sessions that are being blocked at that particular time by other sessions. If you click on any of the sessions that
are blocked you can see more details on that session and find out what session the session is blocked by. For example, it may indicate that the
other session has a write lock on a particular table that you are trying to update or read with a read lock.
"Blocking" indicates that these sessions are blocking other sessions. If you click on any of the sessions, you can see what sessions are being
blocked by this particular session.
If you need a session that is blocked to complete it's work, you may decide to abort the blocking session so that the session being blocked can
proceed. Otherwise, the session will simply wait until the session blocking it completes it's work and frees up whatever resource it is waiting
on.
