I just tested this on my own system and ODBC prompted me to enter a new password as I expected. I would try upgrading your ODBC version. There is no ODBC component on the server side. The client ODBC packages should all be backward compatible for at least 2 prior releases. I don't know what version of the database you are using but ODBC 12.0 should be compatible with 12.0 6.2 and 6.1. Similary 13.0 would be OK with 13.0, 12.0 and 6.2. You may also be able to stay with your current version by upgrading to the latest efix for that version. (If you do upgrade to 12.0 or 13.0 I would suggest you download the latest patch from the patch server rather than using the base copy that comes on the TTU CDs.) One thing to be careful of is that you upgrade the entire connectivity stack - not just ODBC itself. This means ICU TeraGSS CLI ODBC Mike Dempsey
