Hi Ahmad,

I don't know what 4 tables are you referring to. But from what I understand this is what I would look out for first

1) Check to see if STATS are collected on the joined tables columns.

HELP DIAGNOSTICS ON for SESSION;

You could run the above command before checking the explain of your query - to see the STATS recommended by the optimizer.

2) Check for Big Table - Small Table join scenario.

Normally the small table should be redistributed for the join to happen. Check to see if that is not the case.
