Hi,

Just to comment on this,

I run the command individually also via SQL Assistant even on a V12 DB system with the same effect. SQL Assistant is executing this command for 2 1/2 h without any result. I can not even stop it anymore without restarting the DB manually.

I think the above diagnostic statement is waiting for the input from you for the go-ahead.

If you have access to the console/supervisor terminal (cnsterm 5), you can see the bypass confirmation message.

You should say ok to continue.
