Hi,

Stats have been collected and are up to date on the specified Index (NUPI).

Also, the column loc_cd is not uniques, has duplicates where as the combination makes the uniqueness...

Test Performed :

1) Changd the PI of the source table to num

2) Collected the combinatioanl stats on the 3 as well as the four columns

3) Redesignde the query in such a way to avoid the same table scan in such a way with another table of same data and structure.

4) Changed the DISTINCT with GROUP BY.

Any suggestions in modification/redesigning of the query.. will also be of great help...
