Craig, have you tried to reload the complete file after such a failure? I mean the whole file from the beginning again, not via ML restart. If
such a test is successful then you could exclude any data format related issues.
Also, are you relying on any particular features of the access module? If not, you can just disable it and run ML until TD Support comes up
with the resolution.
