I have a multiload that I have run for over 2 years. The last two nights it has failed with the following error. **** 13:38:35 UTY1802 Processing Import Sequence 1, Source Sequence 35800000. **** 13:38:41 UTY4015 Access module error '34' received during 'read' operation on record number '35875200': 'Cannot move to next row in bulk rowset because: Unspecified error.' The process for this multiload truncates the table and then completely reloads the table. There is plenty of space in the database that contains the table it is loading. There is also plenty of space in dbc and the database that contains the log and error tables. Nothing has changed on the scripts, database, table or anything else (that I can find). This process has run before and loaded more records than it is now currently trying to load. I copied my load program and target table so that my target table used all character type fields (to eliminate any possibility of being passed some bad data in the numeric or date fields). It still failed. The load does NOT fail at the same place each time. It has failed in as few as a million records, and this time failed after 35 million records. It has failed after 10 minutes, and the last time after an hour. This script runs using an amj file which pulls data from an oracle database and loads into Teradata. Nothing on the oracle side (that I can find) has changed. I have tried rewriting my mload script, amj file, etc (keeping the originals). I have tried about a dozen runs of this program and haven't got it to work yet. I've opened up an incident with Teradata, but thought that someone here may have an idea. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Craig
