  Are there overall system performance implications if the access rights are bloated on Teradata? Will the system run better overall if a significant reduction (say 50%) is made in the number of access rights? Are there any particular types of DDL or DCL operations whose response times could be measured and would be run faster if such a cleanup was undertaken? Any other suggestions on measurements showing success?
