I would understand if it's just milliseconds or seconds difference.

But, the time is off by 15minutes, it's surely not sync with the OS. If this is synch with the OS, there might be something in DB that's doing some kind of an offset.

It may not have something to do with NTP(I don't think it really is), but to take it out of the equation, I already have it disabled. Regardless, 15minutes difference is still a huge difference.

BTW, we only have 1 single node for this environment, it's dev.
