For most components take a look at a file called dbsuser.scr in the SQL sub-directory of the Teradata Manager installation directory. This lists all the rights, and includes (some) comments as to what they are for. For the remote console rights you need to grant EXECUTE rights on the corresponding 'dummy' macros in the Console database. Eg. grant exec on qrysessn to DBCMANAGER; (These grants are at the end of the file above.) I think there is also some information in the Teradata Manager User Guide. Mike Dempsey
