Is it just for this one interface that you have problem?

Is it during specific time of the day you have problem with this interface (If no, then I would check the Informatica Mapping).

And yes, there will be write locks and it creates Log, error tables in a specific database as specified in your script (exclusive locks in this case).

I have seen dictionary contention for mostly poorly written TPUMP jobs.
