Do you have access to the utility showlocks? it will show you all system locks

You can start it from the AWS or by bringing up the DBW window from the command line (ref the utility manual vol 2) or start it from teradata manager.

Its also startable from /usr/ntos/bin/

Cant remem the exact syntax but its something like cnsrun -utility showlocks
