Ronald, Maybe if you include: how you are going to use this information? Then we can suggest better ways to see it. Also need to know how fast you need to react to the situation. LOCKS can be found in LOCK LOGGER, but without real requirements I don't know if this is a valid solution. This is good to find locks/blocking after the fact. Queries that are blocked can be found in Teradata Administrator/PMON and the API can be used depending on your requirements. You can also use Teradata Alert Policies to send communications when a session is blocked for x amount of time. Thanks, Bob Diehl
