Odbc.ini is applicable on UNIX/Linux platforms, not windows.
If you want to logon to Teradata database without a database user, but use windows/network user, you can consider to use SingileSignOn
authentication, by checking the "Use Integrated Security" check-box in the ODBC DSN. Yes, you need to modify the DSN, so not sure if it works for
you or not. And again, you need to have a database user matching network-id with required permissions to support this authentication.
