Hi Guys,

In pl/sql coding we use %TYPE and %ROWTYPE to declare the variable with the same type of column and table respectively.

For example

     Ename emp.ename%type
     V_emp emp%rowtype

How can we achieve this in teradata? Is there any equivalent functions avl? Or we have to declare all the variables explicitly?
