If it only occurs on one system it may be related to the (default) cli settings in the clispb.dat file.

This is probably located somewhere like:

     C:\Program Files\NCR\Client\12.0\CliV2

(although the default directory has changed with different client versions)

Try comparing this file on the pc that fails with the one on another system that works OK.

It looks like your app is specifically setting most of the options, but maybe there is one it does not set that is different (and bad) on that system.
