What about dbccop2, etc? Do you have "left over" entries that CLI might be enumerating, then choosing to use for the additional settings?

(And I'm assuming you've verified that "dbc" is the TDPname in the logon, or is the default in clispb.dat if the name is not specified in the logon...)
