We had a similar issue the other day, caused by an upgrade, preventing ANY query from running. I don't know that this is the case with your system. Apparently there was some corruption in the ACCESS log table (difference between dictionary table and the fallback table), and it had to be cleared. You may want to consult with the GSC and run checktable LEVEL 3 on this table ,be aware it may result is serious performance degradation, to make sure there is no corruption. Regards, Eric Barner
