Why would you call the web services from Teradata utility? Could you explain little details on what you are trying to do.

It is always possible to use bteq /sp to raise some kind of trigger, create file, execute command etc. However the best way (have a better control) use the host command to call the web services. Call the bteq from host , based on some action, execute the web service.
