The description message is

     Type, Username, HostId, SessionNumber, and Description

In your case:

     Session "DBA_TERADATA"/1/392227 - Running at Rush Priority

The description will vary depending on what type of alert is generated. For Resource alerts it will display the Node (and maybe Vproc) rather than the User/Host/Session, for example.
