Subj:   .compile bteq file location

Basic question which appears to be giving me more trouble than I was expecting.

I am attempting to write a script which creates a stored procedure from another file. I realize that I have to use the .COMPILE command in the first script.

The issue that I run across is that I have to specify the full url in order to run the file which creates the stored procedure. Is there a way to run a .COMPILE FILE command without having to specify the full file location? Is there a trick to running a file relative to its current location?

Thanks
