Assuming the fields are actually dates, use DatePart to extract the relevant parts and concatenate as needed.

For example, you can get yyyymm with

     datepart("yyyy",date()) & right("0" & datepart("m",date()),2)

mm/dd/yyyy is left as an exercise for the reader.
