If the AMP is in a "HOLD" state it should go online by itself. The AMP is online at that point and it will participate in transactions. Hold
state means it has less than 3000 rows to recover (rollback), which should take less than a minute. Those rows are locked for access until the
rollback completes, but everything else is available.
If it is not doing that, maybe there is something corrupt in that file system. The demo version does not have the true Teradata file system but
a flat file simulation of it.
