  Has anyone had any problems with the TTU client tool install? For some reason on one of our PC's, when I try to install the client tools (from CD), the pop-up box to select the languages (the first step when the install runs setup.exe) does not popup and the install hangs.  

I have seen this frequently on Windows XP. The issue is (for me at least) that there is another task blocking it. To work around it, I used Windows Task Mangler (a.k.a. task manager) to kill processes one by one. When you get the offending task, the language selection box will just pop up (assuming task mangler isn't obscuring it).

Sadly I don't know exactly which task it is that is blocking the install otherwise I would tell you.

If you try this, you should reboot your system once you have completed the install.
