Hi, I think the answer to my question is "yes", but I want to ask someone to be sure. I want to change the "default" server connection from "dbc" (which references a set of IP addresses hard-coded in my /etc/hosts file) to another value that will use DNS ("dnewdp"). I found a file on our system (/usr/lib/clispb.dat) that contains this value: i_dbcpath=dbc If I modify that value, in that file, will that do the trick? I.e. change it to this: i_dbcpath=dnewp Thanks, Bob
