If you are thinking of avoiding it(heading) during an IMPORT then you can use the SKIP clause along with the IMPORT. The heading and the line
below it appear during an EXPORT because it gets exported in the REPORT mode(by default). If the intention of the EXPORT is not for any report
perse then you can might as well EXPORT the data in DATA mode(it will not have the heading and lines) and you can use the file generated through
an IMPORT (again in DATA mode).
