In our case all values in duplicated rows are the same, except for the timestamp column.

During this weekend Teradata finally cleaned them up. Unfortunately we still do not know the cause and we have no recommendations to prevent
such situation during the upgrade of our production system. I'll try to find out more, but I am not sure that even Teradata knows the answers
right now.
