Rahul,

The field "Access Count" remains 0, if access count facility is not enabled. By enabling access count facilty, this field start getting incremented with each hit on column, table or database by the user queries. In order to get daily or weekly access frequency of column, table or database, we take snapshot of DBC.TVFields, DBC.DBASE, DBC.TVM and DBC.INDEXES and then reset access count field in these tables.
