Linda, Please explain more. My guess is you are seeing the following scenario. You have two workloads High and Medium. High has a threshold that moves it to Medium after x cpu time. High has a query limit of 10 and Medium has a query limit of 5. When a query is already running it will not 'honor' the query limits when it moves. Therefore, if you have 5 running in Medium and one Running in high that gets moved to medium. You will have 6 running in Medium after it moves. This is above the limit for Medium. Another way to think of it is only new queries 'honor' the query limit. Thanks, Bob Diehl
