| I agree that REVOKE FROM sounds better in English. But believe it or not, in Teradata "REVOKE" syntax the keywords "FROM" and "TO" are
interchangeable. ("GRANT" only accepts "TO".) | |
I stand corrected. REVOKE ... FROM is ANSI compliant; REVOKE ... TO is a Teradata extension. Perhaps a useful one, when you think of it. A
GRANT script can be converted to a REVOKE script by replacing one word. Saves some effort.
