Hi Sreenivasa,

I Teradata Stored procedure are not allow to write simple select statements like select * from <table1> where <condition>

Procedures are use to transfer the data from one location to another i.e. table to variable or table to table or some manipulations.

If you want to write simple select statements use Macros in TD.
