The logical opposite of (A OR B) is NOT A AND NOT B, so that part you have down. However, if url_txt is NULL then I don't believe it will return with NOT LIKE. NULL mixes alot of people up. NULL is neither logically LIKE A nor NOT LIKE A. I'm guessing that the remainder of the records are made up with records with NULL url_txt. Mike
