The other way would be to change the radix and group separator settings for the FL session but for some mysterious reason this has never been
possible in Teradata SET SESSION command. You can change the character set of the session, which is a big change, but you cannot change the
peanuts like group and radix separators. Very strange.
I think the only feasible way to proceed for you is to request a change in the extraction job.
