We are facing a typical situation where our job fails daily for the first time.

- It's a TPUMP

- Fails for the FIRST time daily

- The error is as shown below - The file is present at the location and has proper accesses.

- If restarted then the job run through fine.

     04:04:04 UTY6625 WARNING: Packing has changed to

     **** 04:04:04 UTY4019 Access module error '34' received
                       during 'File open' operation:
